Comfylatex Warranty Policy

At Comfylatex, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our natural materials and master craftsmanship. We want you to rest easy knowing your investment in better sleep is fully protected.

10-Year Limited Mattress Warranty

We guarantee your Comfylatex mattress against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a full decade (10 years) from the original date of purchase.

  • What’s Covered: We cover permanent body indentations or visible sagging greater than 1.5 inches, provided the mattress has been continuously supported by a proper, structurally sound foundation.

  • Our Repair/Replace Promise: If a qualifying manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the mattress at our discretion.

  • Organic Cotton Covers: Our organic cotton covers are designed for premium breathability and durability. Should they eventually wear out after years of extended use, replacement covers can be easily ordered directly from our store.

Pillow Warranty

Because our pillows are crafted from organic cotton and natural latex, they are built to maintain their resilient shape and plush comfort far longer than standard polyester or synthetic pillows.

  • Coverage: We provide a 12-month warranty protecting you against any structural failures of the natural latex core from the date of purchase.

What is Not Covered

To keep our retail prices the lowest in the industry, our warranty strictly focuses on structural and manufacturing integrity, rather than subjective lifestyle changes.

  • Normal Softening: A slight change in the "feel" or responsive firmness of the latex over years of regular use is completely normal and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Comfort Preferences: Issues regarding a mattress feeling "too soft" or "too firm" are subjective comfort preferences. These are handled exclusively under our 30-Night Mattress Trial, not under this structural warranty.

  • Abuse or Neglect: Damages resulting from an improper or unsupportive foundation, physical abuse, spills, stains, or mold (resulting from high environmental humidity or poor bedroom ventilation) will void the warranty.
